RugRag.com is a blog with industry insider perspective geared toward educating consumers on how to make informed purchasing decisions for rugs of any kind: Area rugs, antique rugs, Oriental rugs, machine made and Persian rugs. We address carpet markets the United States and International.
Our primary focus for education includes area rugs, antique rugs, Oriental rugs and Persian rugs of all types. More detailed entries encompass evaluation of antique rugs, area rugs, chainstitch, dhurrie, flatweave, hand knotted, hand tufted, needlepoint and Oriental rugs of all ages and sizes. We also have helpful buyers guides for new rugs, antique rugs, including mansion size, palace size, and all oversized pieces, including evaluation of the most expensive rugs ever sold, auction watch and many more.
Our Rug Appraisals focus on the values of antique rugs, semi antique rugs, and new rugs including modern contemporary and traditional.
